These ball pull up seals are very delicate and cannot be welded easily in order to achieve strong joints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Solution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this case, the challenge was successfully completed by designing an<br> ultrasonic plastic welding machine consisting of USP 3000 press, IWC-5<br> (micro-processor based control panel), and a specially designed horn &amp; fixture arrangement welding ten pull up seals at a time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Advantages<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>High energy efficiency<\/li><li>Cost effective<\/li><li>No damage is caused to the delicate adjustable ball pull up seals<\/li><li>Ten parts are welded per welding cycle hence achieving high productivity<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Task To design an ultrasonic plastic welding machine which can weld parts of adjustable ball pull up seal.
