To design an ultrasonic cleaning system for cleaning contaminated mould tools. Over the time stubborn contaminants’ buildup on the surface as well as in the intricacies of the moulds resulting in reduced performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Solution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this case, the challenge was successfully completed by designing a 2-chamber ultrasonic cleaning system. Stage-1 is for ultrasonic cleaning with a filtration unit followed by stage-2 for ultrasonic rinsing. The effective tank capacity is 165 litres and the cycle time is 10-60 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
