The Task<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To design a cleaning system to clean the contaminated aluminum made oil pumps. Oil pumps are used to provide oil to all parts of the engine for lubrication, so over the time heavy chips, dirt and emulsion builds up and uncleaned oil pumps results in reduced performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Solution <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this case, the task was successfully done by designing an ultrasonic 3-chamber cleaning system with a multi-arm walking beam and without a canopy. Stages include ultrasonic cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning with filtration and hot air drying. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
