The task<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

To design an ultrasonic cleaning system for cleaning of contaminated electronic parts that  has micro holes and contamination stuck to these holes which can create a problems in it\u2019s performance<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The solution<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this case, the challenge was successfully completed by designing a 9 stage Ultrasonic cleaning system with 3 nos of single arm robotics mechanism for material handling. This included multiple cleaning stages and a canopy with a large glass window to see the operation of the cleaning system from outside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
